CDBG Grant application Surveys
The survey for the CDBG grant application process
response so far has been fantastic! Thank you for your participation. Just a reminder for residents on Austerlitz Street, Houseman Ave, Jones Ave, Cottage Ave, 1st Street, 2nd Street, and 3rd Street that you will see representatives from The Chazen Companies completing some door to door survey collection. This will happen3rd or 4th week of June. Jordyn Conway and an intern from Chazen will have identification and they will be wearing bright orange/yellow vests so residents can easily identify them. Memorial Day May 31, 2021
Annual Memorial Day observances will begin at 11:00AM on Monday, May 31, 2021 with vehicle parade stepping off from in front of the American Legion, Chatham Post 42 on Woodbridge Avenue. Parade will proceed up Kinderhook Street to the Village traffic circle, down Main Street and Hudson Avenue and up to the Chatham Rural Cemetery. Following traditional memorial services, the parade will regroup and proceed to Hoffman Street and end at the post.

Heavy Trash Drop Off
Heavy Trash Drop Off (at Brookside Ave) for Village residents will be May 10-13, 2021. 8am-2pm. Pick up a voucher from the Village Clerk T-F 9am-1pm. One time use, good for 1 “drop-off truck load”. Items NOT accepted include Hazardous waste, chemicals, or any liquids, animal carcasses, firearms, ammunition or fireworks, asbestos, tires, appliances containing Freon, TV’s, computers, or any other office equipment.
